Cue It does not host, stream, or distribute any video content. All show and movie content referenced in the Service is owned by the respective streaming services and studios. Cue It displays metadata (titles, descriptions, images) sourced from third-party APIs for informational purposes only.
The Cue It name, logo, and platform design are owned by Cue It Now and may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (for authentication) and streaming service data providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy of their data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that streaming availability data will always be accurate or up to date. Streaming availability changes frequently and is provided for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cue It Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
